Customers must contact us within 48 hours of placing an order or receiving their item to request information regarding returns or refunds. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be considered.

Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition unless otherwise approved by GAMBAINS.
